They are equal for everyone. Anyone over age can go to vegas and gamble, anyone can play lottery, anyone can go to AC and gamble. Nobody can gamble online.

Thats not strictly true, you must have the means to travel and stay in Vegas, and enough play money for the duration of your stay, so the law enables those with the means, but exempts those who dont have the means for a trip, yet may want to have a $20 parlay on a few football teams at the weekend .

Oh, so now your fighting for the rights of the poor gamblers of the US. That is very noble of you. How about the viewpoint that the poor people should not be gambling? Maybe if they don't have money to take a trip and want to place a $20 bet so bad they should think of moving to vegas. Its one of the fastest growing cities in the US and there are plenty of jobs. Also we both know that anyone who wants to bet can anyway, so this whole arguement is insane.

Tell us again Jamie how the British had World War II wrapped up and the USA just came aboard to get into the victory parade. In the meanwhile here are some of Prince Philip's best quotes. One can't help but wonder if Jamie UK writes for him, sort of a "ghost foot in mouth" writer.
Discussing the London traffic issue in 2002 - "The problem with London is the tourists. They cause the congestion. If we could just stop tourism, we could stop the congestion."
On the primary troubles in Brazil - "Brazilians live there."
On the culinary prowess of British women - "British women can't cook."
Whilst in Kenya to a native woman who had presented him with a small gift - "You are a woman, aren't you?"
To British students in China - "If you stay here much longer, you'll all get slitty-eyed."
To a driving instructor in Scotland - "How do you keep the natives off the booze long enough to get them through the test?"
To young deaf people in Cardiff, referring to a school's steel band - "Deaf? If you are near there, no wonder you are deaf."
To a blind woman with a guide dog - "Do you know they have eating dogs for the anorexic now?"
To the President of Nigeria, who was dressed in traditional robes - "You look like you're ready for bed!"
To Lord Taylor of Warwick, who is black - "And what exotic part of the world do you come from?"
To an Aboriginal man in Australia - "Do you still throw spears at each other?"

So the laws in Quebec are exactly the same as they are in Alberta and from one province to another across Canada?

more bull shit Rollins , why should an honest working man not be able to have a legal hobby bet on his football team at the weekend without have to stump up $000's for a vegas trip, your coming across like a puritan of the worst kind , maybe you think that an average Joe does not have the right to a few beers and a small punt whilst he watches a football game, maybe you think its only legal for the well off whilst the less well of should be criminalised, I suggest you join your local puritan bible bashing Bush love group buddy.

Did u know that New york or michigan residents actually have laws protecting them when visiting Canada. The ontario police can give NY or MI residents speeding tickets but laws in NY or MI say that they dont have to pay the ticket.

You must be great at trivial pursuit with all these useless facts. What does this have to do with Willie's post?
