Hi Nasdaq. What books do you use for your Asian handicapping bets? Most books have a very poor choice. The only good one that I have seen is Pinnacle. Betfair never has enough liquidity.

I really like Schalke + 0.5 2.06 tomorrow. Barcelona have an awful away record and have significant injury concerns while Schalke have an awesome home support and are a very solid outfit.

I have sent you a private message about the bookies/books that I use.

As for the Schalke match, I have yet to decide if I want to go for Schalke +0.5 or Barcelona +0. Are you sure you are able to get Schalke +0.5 2.06 or is it Schalke +0/+0.5 2.06. My bookies have Schalke for +0.5 (1.73 to 1.76).

Yeah it's true Barcelona will be without their best players with the likes of Messi, Ronaldinho and Deco out. Moreover, Eto'o is rated 50/50 for this match. It is also true Barcelona have been poor away from home this season and they have only won 2 of their last 8 matches in all competitions.

Thanks for the reply Nasdaq. I was incorrect about the Schalke bet it was +0/+0.5 2.06. I was confused because the Uk books I generally use have different terms. Not that it mattered anyway.

I am a United fan as well so I’m sure that losing the bet was not too bad. The semi final against Barca should be great. I really think that United have a great chance of winning the CL this season.

I'd thought that Roma would at least earn a draw with MU because they are almost invincible at the Stadio Olimpico even though they were without their talisman Totti and Perotta. Prior to this match, Roma had only lost once at home this season and that was against Inter on Sept 29 last year. Roma were in control of this match until Ronaldo gave MU the lead in the 39th minute.

As for Schalke, they had squandered numerous chances to equalise after they went a goal down. I'd watched the Roma/MU match until Rooney scored the 2nd goal for MU then I switched over to the Schalke/Barcelona match.

I share the same opinion with you that MU would most likely capture the Champions League this season and I won't be surprised if they also go on and win the EPL.
