Default English Soccer League

Has anybody been taking views on the English Premiership soccer - it looks like it will be the closest season in a long time so theres no great value in betting on the big 4, even Liverpool around 3/1.

I would look to bet without the Big 4, you can get Aston Villa at 9/1, that looks a decent bet to me, the new mangaer Martin O Neill is a real miracle worker and anything less than 5th place will be deemed failure by him

Aston Villa? Are these odds for championship or for top 5? You are kidding right?

If your betting without the top four then i would be putting my money on Everton, and my team for the record is Aston Villa, yes Martin O`neil is a miracle worker but i can`t see him getting us in the top 5,top 10 yes.

Default Original Post looks good now

Just to bring this post back into light - Villa are looking decent for the betting without Top 4 now eh! But at this stage, Everton must be favourites for 5th - remember its betting without top 4 we're discussing in order to get value so no, i was kidding about Villa. I would suggest injuries will cripple Villa's bid for 5th though.

Everton 5 - 4

Aston Villa 3 - 1

Man City 5 - 1

Blackburn 8 - 1

Portsmouth 10 - 1

Tottenham 14 - 1

West Ham 16 - 1

Villa are worth a bet at 3/1 no ?
