Not a big soccer fan here. I will try to catch some games, but Im not going to set the DVR to record any.

Maybe this World Cup will catch my interest in soccer, and make me a fan. Who knows.

This is starting to get close. Early round has easiest bets.

Day 1:
Sorry Costa Rica, but you're going to get an old fashioned a** kicking. The home team opener against one of the worst teams. lol.

Poland should take care of Ecuador, which only performs well at altitude.

Ecuador will prob lose too.

WTF happened to Poland? That was a big surprise. They looked afraid, easily intimidated. As a matter of fact, they were. Polish coach afterwards said that Ecuador's first goal destroyed their game plan. lol. In all my years following this sport I have never heard such a lame excuse. One goal and you're dead?

Poland's performance was weird.
Argentina was ok, they didn't expect Ivory Coast to be so fast and strong. Besides Drogba no clear scorer though.
During the last 20 min, Drogba was injured or something, he wasn't running ok. Like one foot was hurt.
