I like Man united to win but I'm really hoping there isn't a 1-1 draw!

I think people look too much at history. Different teams. Different years. What happened eight matches ago between two sides that are not the same as the sides meeting Monday has nothing to do with the present. Besides if you're going to focus on history, then why not say that 2 of the last 3 at Old Trafford DID go over? I think you just cap the match how you see fit and play it without screwing too much with the history angle. Good luck wherever you go ... I'm on the over.

If I knew why books set lines where they set them, I'd be rich.
I think they rarely set meetings between the Big 4 at anything other than 2.5. Perhaps someone who has access to the history of lines between some of these teams can research that. I think sometimes people spend too much time trying to look inside a line rather than trusting their research and instincts. My own opinion is that it's a mistake to weigh too heavily on how matches turned out in the past. I do think that when betting a side, sure, there is something to putting a little weight behind a pick if say Arsenal hasn't won at Old Trafford in 20 meetings or something like that ... but totals I think aren't as predictable based on history because you've got different managers, different players, different formations that all may have been used compared to the current roster, system, etc. I just don't think what happened between Man U-Arsenal in 2005 has anything to do with 2010.
