I am taking the risk that I might be accused of starting too many threads, but I am confident about achieving this goal and I would like to make a record of all plays in the SBR forum.

The plot is that I put $10,000 for this. The project fails if I lose this amount at any time. As I accumulates profits (hopefully I could succeed to do so), the amount wagered will be bigger and bigger.

Throughout the 18 months, plays will be made in any sports. The Sportsbook I will use are BetFair, 5Dimes and Bookmaker choosing the best lines. The focus will be on the following sports (in order with the most important focus listed first):
1. NCAAF / college football;
2. MLB;
3. NHL;
4. NBA;
5. Tennis;
6. NFL;
7. Soccer.

Play #1:
Parlay

Hercog
$1,000 to win $929

Lastly, I am a human and I will make many mistakes. I welcome constructive advice and suggestions at any time of any sort since this is a very challenging goal, I could do with some help. SBR is a great site and I know many people with lots of knowledge and experience in this business.

This seems very tough to achieve, your main concern should be the management of the money and not to risk more than 20% of your money on a single game.But you seem to be very good capper, so good luck with this one

I am going to use a few books, for at least 2 reasons:

1. Given that the maximum wager for the American books are normally $2,000 to $5,000, I anticipated the need to place a single bet in more than 1 books if the wager amount exceed that in due time. On the other hand, Betfair will be used significantly as far as possible, there is theoretically no limit there.

2. Also, I will have to monitor the account balance at each book carefully and make withdrawal not too frequently to "upset" the books but frequently enough not to leave too high balance in the account. But this is something I have been doing for a few years now.

MONEY MANAGEMENT - yes, much more important than capping skills, without money management NOT A CHANCE.

Thanks. I'm doing well in WNBA again this season which is one of my stronger areas. Also have done pretty well in WC. But I can't wait for the WC to be over, I made some good money in Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey before WC. And of course EPL which I bet the most heavily on.

Considering:
1. Spain is the big name in international soccer but has zero achievement in World Cup in the past. I expect them to play very tight aiming to squeeze past Germany;
2. Germany has been scoring after an early goal in the past couple of matches with the killer instinct after getting the first blood. If they do not score early in the first 20 minutes, the matches would not have opened up. It could easily go into a grind out situation with both teams playing tight defence and looking for the opportunity to score which is difficult to come by.
