Couldn't agree more with sunderland, even during the bad run they lost just twice at home from 14 games.

Why should man city go there and win now? Love the odds

Anyone got more info on Man City, their last match was feb 27, that's more than 2 weeks preparation/rest? vs Sunderland who just played Bolton this Tuesday. Sunderland got their 3 points, Man City need this win to go 4th spot. If Tevez and Bellamy are playing they should repeat what they did to Chelsea (2-4).

12/3 Mancini has confirmed that, aside from Martin Petrov and the suspended Adebayor, he has a fully fit squad to choose from. That leaves him with the usual selection headaches in midfield with Wright-Phillips and Ireland both pushing for inclusion, in addition to the returning Vieira. In the main, we should perhaps expect an unchanged lineup following the win over Chelsea. [source] Predicted Lineup: Given, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Bridge; de Jong, Barry, Zabaleta, A Johnson; Bellamy, Tevez.

Yes, City has beat them 9 times in a row dating back to 2000.

    Maybe Sunderland is due?

United will win..it's a MUST win with both Chelsea and Arsenal taking all 3pts today, and they'll remember getting embarrassed at the Cottage earlier this season. Was probably their worst game all season and they'll have that in their back of their heads. 3-0, Rooney with a brace

Hate to say it, but I think City will turn over the Blackcats. They've owned them over the past few seasons, winning the last 9 league meetings (4 successive wins at the Stadium of Light). Even with Sunderland's recent drubbing of Bolton, I'm not convinced they're back on track just yet. Got to remember they had not won a match in their previous 15 league games and had not scored more than a goal in their previous 7 home games. They're decent at home, but haven't been that dominant there in their last 5 games, drawing 4 of those.
I think Adebayor's suspension is actually a good thing for City as they play a much better attacking game with the Tevez/Bellamy partnership...which they showed in their win at the Bridge last week.
I think City should be a little more organised this time around than from their earlier meeting at the Eastlands when City won 4-3. They had all kinds of injuries at the back...this time they'll have Kompany, Lescott and Bridge at the back (as opposed to Sylvinho, Toure and Onuoha) and probably their best defensive midfielder DeJong will be available. They have 2 games in hand now and sit 3 pts from that top 4 spot so will be looking to capitalise in this very winnable game.
On that, I think City win this one. City 2 (Tevez, Bellamy) Sunderland 1 (Bent)

If not for that guy, I'd say Sunderland ML is the play.

Man U has never played Fulham well and they've had a busy week after playing and preparing for Milan on Wednesday. Why bet against Fulham now?

Well they need the 3 points, Im going to check the line tomorrow to make sure nothing fishy happens before gametime before I make my choice

By the way, Murphy is back for Fulham. Check out the line ups, this should be a pretty intense game. Both sides have a full squad with all their important players.

How do you figure? Okay, yes, we lost the last two away at the Cottage, but they haven't beaten United at Old Trafford since 2003. Not one of those games were close either. Home and away 8 wins (5 at home), 2 draws. Sure they played midweek, but it was at Old Trafford (no travel) and they didn't really need to extend themselves winning 4 nil, and Rooney was even subbed off early so he'll be fresh.
That loss at the Cottage earlier this year was probably the best possible time Fulham could have got us. United had massive injuries at the back..had to use Fletcher and Carrick and DeLaet at the back and Kuz was in goal. Now, we have Vidic and Rio back there with VDS in goal and a proper midfield.
Fulham have won just once on the road and that was the very first game of the season against Portsmouth, not exactly a quality road win. United cannot afford to lose this game at home and I cannot see Fulham beating them...they're not the same without Dempsey either.

Fulham traveled this week too. They had to play in Italy on Thursday (3-1 loss) and now bounce back for a game on Sunday. United played two days earlier and did not have to travel. I would say Fulham were busier this week considering how A.C. Milan rolled over.

Maybe Man City PK is not that bad with this line-up. Also the stats are killer, in the last 10 mutual 9W man city and 1 W Sunderland, no draw so far.
