Monday Soccer
It is nice to have a couple of big league games on Monday. I like:
Liverpool ML -158 They will most likely not make it easy on themselves, but I expect them to win as these are the type of game they need 3 points if they want that 4th spot.
Valencia -1 +116 Racing has lost 3 games in a row by multiple goals. I think this will be a 4th as Valencia wins fairly easy.
What are others thoughts on these game.
Don't like Valencia because:
1) they don't play well at home like they do on the road
2) Santander play better on the road than at home
3) Santander tend to play well at Valencia as they're 3-0-1 in their L4 visits there.
This one may end like the Inter/Genoa game.
Agreed on Valencia. One to look into maybe is Galatasaray. Although they occasionally have trouble on the road and historically haven't been great against Eskisehirspor, they have a better squad and have great value at only -110
liverpool away record is bad .

1 bet only for me: Torres anytime scorer if he starts. Wigan defence won't be able to contain him and I wouldn't be suprised if he bags a couple if he starts.
I don't see any significant problems for Pool, they will cover the handicap as well.
A narrow 1 goal liverpool win sounds about right, but i think wigan will be around all the time. I like wigan on AH...

Hmmm. While I think that Liverpool are slightly more likely to win I see no value what so ever in the line the books have given them. I'll stay away from both these games personally, as Valencia always screw me up and today's game seems like a typically tricky one.
BOL though.
I like the under 2.5 better in pools game. Maybe 1H draw.
Parlay them on a draw ... higher chance of both games ending up on a draw.
I don't understand why more people aren't betting UNDER in the Liverpool match. Seems that many believe a shocking draw could happen or a small Liverpool edge. That should be screaming 1-0 type of match then. I don't see Wigan scoring, so it's all on Liverpool.

Lpool win and cover the spread, I'm not touching under coz they could bag 3. Wigan suck. Seems like everyone has forgotten that lpool have still got the talent to be in fourth spot this year. They will come right at some stage and these are the sort of games they have to win if they want to get 4th. They haven't had a good season but they still own wigan, not to mention they are finally at full strength. Its a no brainer for me, lpool minus the goal
