On paper, that's the way you'd see it but Lyon are not an easy nut to crack. Madrid may have the better individual players but Lyon have the more formidable team. In addition to that, Lyon have an impressive road record in Europe and picking a point at Bernabeu isn't beyond them. Madrid's defense could prove to be their undoing.
My predictions for the game are:

1st leg: Lyon win 2-1 at home.
2nd leg: Madrid 2-2 Lyon

Chelsea's defense is a huge concern right now. I think Mourinho will utilize his knowledge of Chelsea to great advantage. I'm looking at this kind of scoreline:

The Beckham issue is a great storyline really.
Milan have now eliminated Man Utd twice in KO stages of the CL. I think this time around, coaching will make the difference. It's also interesting to see how Milan will perform without Kaka. IMHO, Kaka was more influential for Milan in the last meeting than Ronaldo was for Man Utd.

I think Man Utd will qualify this way:
