Bremen doesn't need this game at all. They're already looking at the match vs Hamburg at the Weekend. But this is exactly why they're playing for the win! They need to get back on track before the weekends match after a really bad match vs Schalke.
And if there is one team that simply can't play for a draw it's Bremen. They play for the win or lose. It's that simple.
Pizarro already claimed that he wants to play tonight.
I do see a lot of value in this odds that is exactly why I am playing it.

Usually HT/FT bets are sucker bets due to their low payouts, but let's check this one. The market price for 2/2 is even 5.5 by now. Given the Bremen 1st half odd of 3.61 you're effectively getting Werder +.5 2nd half at >1.52 - which is actually quite decent, especially given their (necessary) half time lead.
Of course, at 5.00 HT/FT you only get >1.385 2nd x2, which is not really this attractive. If you can only get this odd, you're better off playing other angles.
The 2nd half time odds are assuming only a 1 goal Bremen lead at HT, so - including the low probability of a Bremen 2+ goal lead at HT - the effective 2nd half odds should even get a small premium.

It's a no bet for me since it's effectively a friendly match, but the current 188bet HT/FT odds are quite good and might be worth it.
