    Default Liverpool - Manchester City

    Torres is possibly back for Liverpool and Gerrard is ready.
    After a good start of the season, City has less than impressed lately with
    many draws.

    Liverpool need this win and I think they can do it :-)
    I get an odds for L'pool win at 1.97, which is quite good.

    i havnt watched much in the past weeks but i have seen a few of the liverpool games, im on the draw here....

    I really like the Over 2.5 on this match. Liverpool's defense has been unreliable and Gerrard's and Torres' return will help them alot offensively.

    That's a game between 2 unpredictable and unreliable teams. Except for an Over play, I don't see anything else to bet on in that game. Why?
    With Liverpool's suspect defense, it doesn't take much to outscore them. You all saw how they lost at home to Lyon and how they scrapped a draw against Birmingham of all teams. As a bettor, you need to throw away the notion of "they need this win". It's one thing to need a win and another thing to actually win.

    Could go anywhere this game .. I was almost tempted to have a small amount on Man City @ 4.33 with Pinnacle ... Liverpool are really not that much better than this City team when they are on their game ... and I think that price of 4.33 to win is good value compared to the 1.96 or so on Liverpool in what could be an open end-to-end game.

    I'm going to pass on the game myself though.

    I'd say Man City 1H could be a good bet. Liverpool are developing a habit of conceding in the 1H and then rectifying things in the 2H.

    Over as well here. City can't afford to sit back and play for another draw. Their defense has been very suspect as well.
