It should be Parma -.5 (+110) and Chievo +.5 (-140), but they flipped the +/- on the half goal line.

In my experience (while doing sports arbitrage), most books will void this before/after the game.
The unscrupulous ones will actually let it stand if you lose the bet (5Dimes did this a few years ago with bad Eurobasket totals)
