IB, both are American friendly. I've never had to show an ID for a withdrawal, but I'm a small player that only withdraws $500-1000 at a time as ** or Check/MO.

I'd like to get a new book myself...I've used both Bodog and Bookmaker...honestly, only thing I don't like about Bookmaker is that their technology isn't great for my iphone...I can't scroll down in a picks section on my iphone...makes betting away from computer a lot harder than it should be! Bodog is easy to bet on my phone...

IB, they are pretty even, 5 Dimes lines are just a bit better, but BetPhoe will offer totals and AH on some games that 5 Dimes doesn't. I find it a little easier to get money into BetPhoe. Sometimes it almost seems like 5 Dimes doesn't want my money lol.
Withdrawals are pretty similar.

Well they keep telling me that they no longer offer deposit methods that they show are available at their site. Basically be ready to deposit by **. You can also buy a free play/cash deposit at BetPhoenix and cash deposit to 5 Dimes with SBR points so save up!

Interwetten is offering a great little prop bet for the Real Madrid game...it's the "time of first goal" prop bet...if your book offers this, jump all over it...Interwetten has the time of first goal from 1-29 minutes...the odds are garbage at 1.40...but this is easy money to me...I've got a buddy in Iceland laying 2 units here for me as well.
