I don't see the use of Fulham's history at City, since City has bought many new
players for this season

Lin, in many sports you see where year after year some teams just do well against other teams regardless of the players. Fulham might get beat 5-0 today, but if there was one game that the books were counting on to f*ck up a lot of bets (especially parlays) then this one is it.
