Sunderland +1/2 at home against Liverpool

Sunderland has been playing well this year. Liverpool will be without Gerrard and Torres. I see a low scoring affair. 0-0 would not surprise me.

I think it's a difficult match. You have to take into account that Liverpool has beaten Sunderland in their last
6 encounters, without conceding a goal.

The past is the past. Different players. Liverpool is injured, on the road and facing a critical champions league match in 3 days. I'll take my chances with the home dog, playing well. Backing a road fav without it's best players? I'll pass

I'm not saying I will back Liverpool, I'm just saying that it's difficult to do a prediction
of the result. Yes Liverpool have an important match in 3 days, but the game against Sunderland
is also important. Without a win they could be too far behind to win premier league..

Just posing a question here. Wouldn't it be more profitable to play both the draw line and Sunderland to win instead of +.5?

    Sunderland to win +200
    draw +220
risk 200 for 100 each play
    if Sunderland wins = +200 -100 = +100
    if draw ,+220-100=+120
    if lose = lose 200

    bet sun +.5 @ -130 for 200
    sun draw/win = +155 ish
    sun lose = -200

you lose 200 in both plays if sun lose
you win more if they win or draw
