I'd be cautious with Russia. They have no motivation and are already looking ahead to the playoff. Could very well end up drawing or losing outright. Never a good idea to bet on teams with nothing to play for.

Betme,
That is a split line. Half your bet goes on pk (which would be a push with a draw) and half goes on -0.5, meaning you need a win.
Example: $20 on SLV at pk/-0.5
would be $10 SLV pk and $10 SLV -0.5.
They win, you win both bets. They draw, you lose half your bet ($10). They lose, you lose all of your bet.

No problem. The other thing that confuses new soccer bettors is the three-way line.
Slovenia +150
Poland +225
Draw +200
In this example, if you have Slovenia or Poland and it is a draw your bet loses. A bit different than what most American bettors are accustomed to.
Also, most soccer wagers are for 90 minutes + stoppage time. In cup games where there is extra time (what we would call overtime), the extra time is not counted for wagering purposes (unless you specifically bet with that stipulation). There can be some confusion with stoppage time (also called injury time) and added extra time amongst neophyte soccer bettors.
Those along with the split line are the three things that confuse new soccer bettors the most. You will often see the split line on totals as well (a total of 2&2.5 for a game).
