    Default schalke 04 vs wolfsburg

    i pick for wolfsburg to win, since schalke hasn't been able to beat wolfsburg since 2006. wat do u guys think?

    I'm in on the over as well. These teams know eachother pretty well...so we'll see who wins...I think final score is 2-1 to either side though.
    Things to consider for the match though...Wolfsburg is likely playing a 4-3-3, and will be without their starting keeper...meanwhile, Schalke as a whole are in the midst of trying to change the entire team to become more of an offensive minded squad, and doing so in the midst of financial trouble...also, Schalke star defender Rafinha is at home in Brazil for this match...
    All of these things seem to point to an over 2.5 call. That's what I've got. Like I said, I'm thinking 2-1 or even 2-2 is likely here.

    They have each played 5 league games (total of 10) with 7 going over 2.5...
    But this game is more about matchup than anything else.

    schalke, better team, better coach against his former team, at home

    not to mention wolfsburg had a midweek champs league game (granted they won convincingly)

    i just don't see any reason to bet wolfsburg here at all

    that game was ridiculous

    first half was 50/50

    2nd half wolfsburg stuck 2 chances where schalke played no defense, and then schalke puts a header off the post off the keepr off the post again to the keeper.
