Worth taking Celtic to Win tomorrow?
Alright, here's my reasoning here. Currently Celtic is +750 at Bookmaker (which means odds will be even better virtually anywhere else). They are a top Scottish squad that will be playing their hearts out against what is likely going to be Arsenal's B-team (seeing as Arsenal has a nice 2 goal lead after the first leg).
I think they could pull out a one-goal victory here. Anybody with me?

Its worth small stakes but if you want the safe bet, Celtic +1.5 is it.

I just got a 5Dimes Account so I'd now be taking them at +906. I think for one unit, this is a fantastic bet.

I don't think you should bank on a B-team being fielded by Arsenal. Fabregas is the only regular I have read about being left out of the starting 11 because he got hurt in their last match. Arsenal was lucky to walk away with the two goals they got last match, so I think they are going to play a pretty strong side. I personally think a draw is the best Celtic will get here, but I think Arsenal in their current form is going to win.

Too much money at stake to risk it with B-team, group stage of Champions League is like a cash cow for soccer teams.

Arsenal have had a fantastic start0 doubt there play a full b team, and Just becasue they have guranteed the qualification pretty much doesnt mean there just let celtic run over them. Take Lyon as an example yesterday.
The Over 2.5 does look good, Tony Mobray never can defend and arsenal's philosophy is attack. Watch out though, arsenal have a tough game away to Man Utd so they may not expend much energy, especially towards the end of the game.

Also guys ill add that Lescott has compleated his move to Man City, Everton will miss him

OK, so Arsenal's going to come to play, fair enough. But doesn't +900 or so seem like a very large undervaluation of Celtic's ability? I mean, this is a top tier club, I don't feel like they should ever be such large dogs.

I think those big prices are made available to draw people in to making wagers.

Fair enough, I might just stick to the over and as I like to say, fade the dream.

Arsenal won't play their B team, this tie isn't over yet, Celtic have an outside chance, their is too much money and prestige on the line for Arsenal to not take this game seriously. The Over is more likely in this game, Celtic have to attack and its their manager plays an open game style, Arsenal are very dangerous right now, especially at home in Europe they have a great record.

I wouldn't say Celtic ML is a waste of money. I had a little bet on the Ventspills ML +950 yesterday and they almost pulled it off. Was a tie game until the 90th minute when Zurich scored. I don't know if i'm going to take the Celtic ML today but I did take them +1.5.

I believe Arsenal wins, and it should be close. I also am wondering if Arsenal has an eye on Manchester United, their next EPL opponent. Would Arsenal be willing to sit on a small lead, or play for the draw, knowing they have a big game ahead?

I predict an open game like yesterday with anderlecht/lyon. celtic have slim chances to qualify so this should be an open match. With Celtic having to score goals. I think this could be very dangerous against a strong arsenal side for the counter attack. I expect an open match with some goals so ill put my $$$ on the over 2.5. Seems like the most logical bet in my opinion.

What a start to the match, Arsenal are definitely hungry and could have had one already. Let's see 3 goals!
Gonna need Celtic to score at least one...hopefully they can even though they look like an bunch of escaped convicts from the 20s in their away kits.

Agree, Celtic's away jerseys are plain awful. Good game so far, but it sucks that FSC doesn't broadcast in HD,

Wow, awful call for the penalty and he's looking from exactly the right angle too! What a shady move but hey what do you expect.
Oh well, 2 more now! Arsenal like to show off so hopefully they will keep up the pressure.
And I wouldn't be at all suprised to see Celtic get a red card before this match is over!

Terrible mistake by referee, Boruc didn't even touch Eduardo. They should really allow replays in certain controversial situations.

Sooner or later video technology has to be brought into football, there is too much money at stake for referee's to be given the final call on decisions like penalties.

And that's why referees make a lot of calls against them, especially on the road.
