Hopefully Liverpool will cover the 2.5 goals themselves. Team lineups will be interesting, will Carew be back for Villa, will Skrtel play with a fractured jaw or will young Ayala play again. As a red i really don't want to see Ayala up against Carew. If i do play this game it will be either Liverpool -1AH or -1, 1.5.

I heard the games on Saturday were in HD as well....finally!

As for today, I am with everyone else here on the over, but also have to throw my homer towel in the ring and take the Reds. Skrtel's return and Yossi getting the starting nod again should be enough to take this one and keep the home unbeaten streak against Villa going. -260 is too much juice on the moneyline but I think there is value in the spread -1.5 (-105). If Liverpool can get on the scoresheet first, a 2 goal win should be likely. If I could, I would also put a prop on Gerrard to put one in (Betfair shows 2.4) - he has scored more goals against Villa than any other club.

I wish bodog would put that next to the game. Looking at bodog Aston Villa closed at +850. Huge upset. ESPN now has this instead of Champions League which is a downgrade.
