Normally I would agree with you, especially after watching the Stoke games last year. Two 0-0 draws, Stoke played the way that makes Americans hate soccer with no shots in either game. But this is Liverpool's home opener and considering the poor opening result - I think they pull this one out, 2-0. I'm sure they are still pissed at themselves for the draws against Stoke last year that basically cost them the league. They should come out guns blazing to avoid the same problem. THIS IS ANFIELD!
However, f***ing Rory Delap is still there and that guy always gives us serious problems with his throws. Does he get to use a towel to dry the ball away from home as well? That's the most annoying waste of time, takes like 30 seconds every time. Perfect for those 0-0 draw ambitions!
As an aside, I do think Spurs will win again as well, their passing and movement was class on Sunday. 2-1 would be my guess.
