Malmo has only won two home games all season and Kalmar has only 2 road losses all season. Those 2 road losses came against Goteborg and Orebro which are much better home teams than Orebro. I don't see Kalmar losing this game, so the PK is the call.

You have both pk and +.5 on the same line? I don't know what that means but at +.5, if Kalmar doesn't lose, you win your bet. For pk, it's a win if Kalmar wins and a push if the game ends in a draw and a loss if Kalmar losses.
I never know what leagues these teams play in!

It means if it ends in a draw you make $25 on a $60 bet and push the other half. You win half. If they lose, you lose the whole bet. If they win, you win the whole bet
