Thanks Shredder, looking forward to your plays this weekend. Will be checking in on your thread to keep an eye on your plays and of course the profits! Some nice matches this weekend so probably enough plays to choose from!

How you feel about PSV - AZ? Leaning towards AZ for multiple reasons and the line (+430 ish) is great. PSV missing Pietersen and probably Strootman and just lost their hope to stay in the race for the c-ship last wednesday. AZ must win to have a chance and I think they will take it.

Like your Heerenveen bet getting back into it. They have a great streak in 2012 and usually do well against the smaller teams. Only thing I really don't like is their second keeper (main gk is suspened and this guy made 2 huge blunders against ajax). Still think they will score enough to make it a win. BOL

This may sound strange with AZ still being in the race for the championship, but not once this season have I been impressed by them. But then again, PSV might even be worse.

They do still both have something to play for, as PSV does still have a shot at the second place (CL-quali) but they will have to win today. Given that this is their last chance against a direct competator, at home, I give them the edge over AZ. If I were to play AZ, I would take the points just to be sure. The line though (AZ +1) may in my opinion not be enough to win this bet. I am not playing this match, too insecure.

Also, PSV's home record (12-1-1) compared with AZ's away record (6-3-5) kind of says it all.

Yeah I agree it's a bit of a longshot statwise, I just have a feeling :d (might be cause I am AZ fan). Thanks for your thoughts.

Hehe yeah that feeling may well be a bit subjective then!

As an Ajax fan though I hope PSV keeps the 3 points at Eindhoven tonight!

Wolfsburg is letting me down this afternoon!! Also hope QPR evens the score pretty fast after the break to urge WBA to push a bit more.

0-2 to start of the weekend. Let's hope the remaining 3 plays can cut the losses.

Anyone know why Gomez and Ribery are not starting?

  13. #48

Mannn, even Bayern is screwing me today! Guess they have given up on the title and fully focussing on Madrid.

  14. #49

Yeah seems so. Really unlucky with Gomez/Rib, that's a lot of goals and assists gone. Surprised they didn't bench Robben as well with how easy he gets injuries. Now let's hope your evening matches will somewhat save the day!

  15. #50

Great two goals by AZ. They both could not have been hit better. I still think PSV will equalize though.

  16. #51

This is how fast it can go in sports betting. Before you know it you hit a baddddd day.

  17. #52

H'veen just made a the 1-2, maybe still a chance!

Glad I didn't go for AZ, looks like you can celebrate a bit tonight at least.

I had already given up on that one! Let's hope this day can still be saved by Lyon. I can really live with a2-3 type of day after that bad start!

  21. #56

4-2 by H'veen, wow. Yeah That's the best feeling, forgetting about a pick when it looks hopeless and count it as a loss, then when you look back you have a winner! Now only Lyon and all is good.

Tailed you on the H'veen pick, good call. Played the PSV match also (-1) plus the over (3), couldn't help myself. Thanks.

A bad day today, but it could have been far worse! 1-3-1, taking a loss of 1.98 units.

    YTD 7-3-1 = +4.18x

    On to (a better) tomorrow!

How do you feel about Utrecht @ 1.50 for a win today, I am thinking of adding then to my open parlay today .

  26. #61

Utrecht winning at home against VVV should not be a problem. I expect them to want to make the horrible loss of last week at De Graafschap up with the fans.

    Sunday:

    SC Heracles (HOL-E) -113* vs RKC Waalwick (HOL-E) (1x)

    Hoffenheim (GER-1)/Freiburg (GER-1) Over 2½ -113* (1x)

    Malaga (ESP-P) -1 -123* vs Real Sociedad (ESP-P) (1x)

  28. #63

That's it for today. Don't really like the rest of the card!

How you feel about the Montpellier game? Really looking like a win to me with a good line and thinking about another unit on it.

  32. #67

I honestly know too little about the French league to be of any help. Just looking at the table you would feel that Montpellier is the obvious play. Just a little concerned about the fact why you would get such a good price for the obvious play?

  33. #68

I seriously don't hope this will be one of those days again... Heracles missing a penalty just before the end of the 1st half whilst Malaga suffers the equalizer against 10 man of Sociedad.

Edit: guess I needed to bitch a bit, Heracles scoring right after I posted.
