They have knocked off a Bundesliga squad already in Mainz-05, but face the defending Bundesliga champs today. The good news, they draw them at home for this clash and as you'd expect, Dortmund is likely to rotate several players. There's no way Kiel can try to attack Dortmund here without paying the price whether it be Dortmund's regulars or reserves, they will pay with goals. So, I would expect Kiel will try here to stall the match out the best they can and hope maybe to keep it tight until the end to steal a goal or maybe penalties. This side has kept clean sheets in all three cup matches this sessions as has Dortmund. Even when faced with a third tier side to start this competition, Dortmund only laid out a 3-0 win with the third goal coming in the dying moments of the match.

Yeah, I had a somewhat similar bet. I wouldn't say we were that wrong. After the second goal the game became exactly like I thought it should've been from the beginning. But then 2 late goals happened.

Yeah unfortunately Dortmund did feel like letting up though and cracked a couple in for good measure in the last 10 minutes. Oh well. Sounded like Birmingham had a couple good chances early to score and now it looks destined for a stale draw.
