hi guys.
i created this post in order to take some advice of anyone, who can help.

few days ago, i bet on MLS game, New England Revolution against Chivas USA.
i bet OVER 10,5 corner kicks.

The official MLS stats gives an 11-total (10-1) corners.
there is another site Foxsports that gives as a result 10-total corners (9-1)

The misunderstanding is at 79th minute.
At the TV coverage of the game, the camera didn't "caught" whether the ball was a "throw in" or a "corner kick", because that time ther was the REPLAY "on air".

The "play by play" of MLSSOCCER.COM says that there was a corner kick at that time, a thing that Bet365 does not accept as an incident...

What can i do?

Have to say the title is a bit out of order. They're not thieves just because there's a statistical discrepancy; you can see where the error was but their grading dept will just have used some convenient statistic site (presumably one that is faster than the official league site).

Anyway, have you Emailed them a copy of their own relevant rules together with a link to the official site with the stat in question? Only once you've done that and they've failed to respond or refused to regrade do you have any reason to start badmouthing them in public.

i have sent several e-mails plus the live chat that Bet365 provides to its customers.
Each time i took the same response with the fosxports.com link that has a 10 total corner kicks, as a result.

So? are they or not? You tell me

Imo the rules are clear. If PA does not provide stats about a game they use independent sites. In this case foxsports. If there are conflicting independent stats(In this case there are), they use the official site. The official site is on your side so if they don't give you the money they are definitely thieves

If you don't get satisfaction from their customer support then this is an obvious case for IBAS given they have a published rule on-point.

And i didn't open this thread after the incident. As i said i think 365 has a high level reputation. and i hadn't problems ever before.
That happened 4 days ago. and till now, just the same answer posting the foxsports stat page.

This is the reason I never bet on Corners or other strange props. I betting on 1x2 and asian handicap only.
