I would think the only thing touts can do would be to cut off the person they think is giving away their picks. There is NO merit to this at all and SBR needs to grow a pair and tell Ben Burns, et al to go fuk theirselves. Besides, someone originally purchased the play. Doesn't that make it the buyers play at that point and if they then choose to give it away for points, or whatever, who's to say they can't?

No crackhead you can't just give someone else's intellectual property away. When you sign up for a paid service you agree to their terms, giving away their intellectual property for free is a violation of the terms of the agreement.

If I owned a paid pick service and some crackhead was giving away my intellectual property I would send some of my "Hills Have Eyes 2" cousins from West Virginia to go explain things to him.

Someone should make up a universal set of rules, that implies the strength of the cappers plays. That would allow for less confusion, and a means of circumventing the new policy without rubbing SBR benevolent mods the wrong way.

Some of the top cappers left my thread (Soccer Service Plays) because of these useless things i ever saw on this forum. They were posting their services and units to show their profitability of their service ... There cannot be any lawsuit. Talk to an attorney!!! Any information given out on wagering is for entertainment entertainment value only. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW to sell plays for gambling reasons. Read the websites of these cappers. You will see it in small print to protect their asses... Also they cannot sue you nor I or this forum for that matter for writing up the write ups...

Why the hell is he able to edit other people's thread if he can't even read what's written ? He should slap himself once or twice and leave my thread intact as i'm already respecting the ''rules'' of SBR.
