what I heard is that when a capper turns into a service, many of them have bunch of books banners on their page, and when they have a losing day they get paid by the books for every customer that signed up for the book through that service and played the losing picks. That's what makes PittViper even better, he gains nothing from losing, unlike some services. GL everyone, and thanks to those that made sure we all know about PittViper.

BToth, at another forum, has brought to my attention that a handicapping website (I won't post here in the public who) .. has been stealing my picks the past two weeks or so. He says that they have had all the same picks as me, except for the two days I took off, when he obviously had different picks. They also lost those picks, though he's been winning most of mine. lol.
Is there anything I can do in this case? They are charging my picks to clients basically and claiming they are theirs. Is this fraud or is this allowed?

Well in that case i'll post what he says .. and maybe you guys can help me expose these fakes .. or they'll get what is coming to them.
Since January 27th, American Sports Consultants (http://www.americansportsconsultants.com/index.php) has had 14 of the same (or very similar) 17 plays as you from January 27th . And 2 of those 3 plays that did not match were when you did not post it on Sunday January 31st. Just thought I let you and handle it the way want to as they are selling these plays to clients.
I do not know how much drama you want in your thread, but I will post something there, too. I appreciate all of the hard work you have been doing.

Maybe PittViper you should post your plays late in the day, not giving them a chance to use your picks. I know must of your plays are strong plays where small line adjustments would not really matter to the people bet on your picks.
you can write them a cease and assist order and tell them u have your attorney looking into it bro
Pitt it is just a sign of respect bro!! It happens to everyone that goes on a big run. Unfortunately there are many scumbags in this business that keep the bad name of being a "tout" alive. When it comes to $$$ people will do anything. It was happening to UNC a few weeks ago, kindergarten capper when he was hot. There isn't much you can do other than post a few losers to get em off your picks. Of course doing that would hurt more than help.
His plays are just public knowledge, he can't do anything w/out them being legally copywritten plays. They will just laugh at him if he talks about attorneys.

Well all I can say is .. I had that coming. Very unlucky, especially Rice who led by 11 but could not score in the final three minutes of the game and Tulane took their first lead of the game in overtime and won. Regardless, 0-2 night. Making that the second 0-2 night over the 22 days. At 1-3 on the week, I need to finish with a strong 5-1 to hit the five day period goal of 60%. GL everyone. Tomorrows plays posted later.
