    Are these "late steams" just because the majority of the public is on the other side? In the Penn game. 69% of the Public is on St Joes and the line has move against Penn to +5.5 (1.5 move from the opening line) and ~70% of the public is betting the over in the Atlanta/Houston game but the line has remained the same.

    UPDATE : ADDED "LATE/LATE STEAM" BET to CARD...OVER 141 ST.JOES/PENN...Too Late to Make Official Bet..But I am taking that Position... half a minute ago from web

    made it a 2 unit play
