AFTER LOSING HIS COLLEGE HOOPS GOY AND NFL PLAYOFF GOY --

    Doc's NBA 1/11

    2-Unit Play #701 Take New Orleans/Philadelphia OVER 200 (7 p.m. EST, Monday)
The Hornets offense has been playing very well the last couple games and they have surpassed 100 in the last two games. We feel they should get there tonight again against a Philly team that gives up 102 PPG on average and 101 PPG at home. Additionally, the Hornets give up 104 PPG on the road this season defensively. Philly has given up more than 100 in five of their last six games. The Hornets have gone over in two straight games and we feel the oddsmakers have not accounted for their recent offensive surge.

    4-Unit Play #703 Take Toronto/Indiana OVER 216 ½ (7 p.m. EST, Monday)
The last two meetings between these clubs went over 230 and we had this game capped in the low 220s. Toronto gives up 109 PPG on the road this season and Indiana should have a nice offensive night tonight, especially since they have Danny Granger and Troy Murphy back in the lineup and healthy. The Pacers have averaged 105 PPG in their last six contests (and that is with a 89-point effort at New York thrown in – they gave up 132). Their defense has been horrible and they have allowed 100 or more in six of their last nine games. Toronto has been on offensively and they have put up 100+ on some very tough defenses like Boston, Orlando and Charlotte in recent games. They should have no trouble scoring tonight.

    3-Unit Play #715 Take Minnesota +14 Over Denver (9 p.m. EST, Monday)
Denver has not been blowing teams out lately – win or lose all their recent games have been close. Their last four games have not been decided by more than three points and they would have only covered a line this large once since early December. Denver has been overvalued by the oddsmakers and have managed to cover only four of their last 16 games overall. Minnesota had been a hot team ATS lately and had been getting more respect from the oddsmakers but they have cooled off lately and we think there will be value with this team as they start to see larger spreads. They are 2-0 ATS this season when facing a line this large. Also, the road team is 9-0 ATS in the last nine meetings.

1-3......What goes up MUST come down........Just as what goes down MUST come up.....PHYSICS (thats why its called "bouncing back")
"Doc" will come through again. Its just a matter of the "when" he will come back is what I'd like to
figure out. I'm not bashing him/them, its just how it is. It SUCKS to lose though. I used His Minn. pk
at the half because I couldn't catch the first. I got +6,(which after the 3rd seemed a little shaky) & they pulled it out. I got lucky. I couldn't take his/their first two pks. Break a leg everyone
