    Wow, doc, nice write up. I was leaning toward Texas +4 because the last 6 bowl games
    won straight up w/ the points except Troy last night. Troy would've won, if the FG
    wasn't blocked. I won the game by 1/2 point, Whew!

    its actually a safer bet than bama minue the points. if he is so worry about bama winning close he shuold just take texas and the points and buy a 1 and a half point hook to get it to 6 points haha

    Unless you have a monstrous bankroll, laying that much juice is idiotic, and especially on a college football game. If you think it's going to be a close game, why wouldn't you just take the Texas side?

    This makes no sense. If you say that you like this game to "come down to the end", then why woudn't you take Texas? If this game will come down to the end it's better to have +4 points then -4!
