Georgia Tech wears teams down with their triple option. It is the same system that Army, Navy, and Airforce run, but with top tier athletes. Those slow Iowa boys have never seen anything like this. They won't be able to keep up, especially in the second half. Look what Ga Tech did to NC's and Virgina Tech's, top ranked Defenses.

The only thing that worries me is tech getting into a game like they did against clemson in the beginning of the year--it was blow out in the first half and they scrapped their way to the back door cover. I think tech wins this one literally running away

Yes, the with the number of bets at 50/50, and now the line is GT -6, it seems the books are begging for as much Iowa money as they can get. Tech rolls.

100Dimes....that 60% may be the percentage of BETS not money that were placed. In many cases the line may move OPPOSITE the percentage of BETS because the larger BETS are being place on the other team (lower percentage). As a result, the percentage may be lower (bets) but there may be actually more MONEY on that team with the lower percentage. That is also why you see no line move sometimes and there is a large percentage on one team or the line my go in the opposite direction, on the team with the lower percentage.

The listed percentages usually are for the number of BETS and NOT the percentage of MONEY that is being bet.

I have been on a nice ride with Bryant & will stay with him & GT tonight, but not big. I am more worried about going against Jimmy Boyd's 5* Bowl GOY pick on Iowa than anything else.

This game is giving me a case of the heebie jeebies. Something tells me GT will start fast as Iowa tries to figure out how to stop the triple option, but then Iowa gets its passing game going in the 2nd half. I have backed off to a pretty small bet on GT for the game & small on GT for 1st half. I am still stinging from Iowa's impossible last play Bowl win about 4 yrs ago, when the SEC team inexplicably did not have anybody playing deep on the last play of the game & the Iowa receiver got wide open. It was a big live bet trying to get my money back from another unbelievable late loss when Georgia blew the cover against Wisconsin. Those losses steamrolled into more chasing my lost money bowl losses & it ended up being the most money I ever lost in 1 day. What a way to start the year. I am a smarter gambler now, but betting against Iowa still gives me the willies.
