Definitely a contrast in styles for this Rose Bowl matchup--Oregon's vaunted spread offense vs this stingy Buckeyes "D" and ball controlling offense. Masoli is an absolute nightmare to gameplan for and he has plenty of weapons at his disposal-and super stud freshman RB James is a mini-beast himself & they will be mixing in Blount as well--and I expect Oregon's 6th ranked Rush Offense in the nation to have success. Both of these clubs have GREAT SPEED and STRENGHT in the trenches--that cannot be denied. I just really see Oregon's explosive offense as MUCH more of an edge then the Buckeyes have on the defensive side of the ball. IF the Ducks get up double digits early on the Buckeyes-they are in big trouble IMO--Oregon Head Coach and prior the Offensive Cooridinator has an AMAZING track record of getting the job done when having 2 or more weeks to prepare for an opppenent---Oregon and Ohio St. have played two common opponents this season--Purdue and USC....Oregon BEAT both of those teams---Ohio St. LOST to both Purdue and USC-- (3*) Triple Star Release-- Lay the short number with Oregon guys!
