why would you expect to get their lines? RAS kills CBB Totals so books adjust lines BEFORE anyone even plays them. must say that as a client, that line moved within seconds of it's release. Books take the game off the board, adjust the line and then open it back up.

wouldn't you do the same thing if some guy was hitting 60% of his plays? same thing, except in this case the guy is 1,000 of bettors.

it sucks, it is bullshit, but there is nothing us consumers can do about it. the book holds all the cards. try to find a local that updates lines once a month and hammer him.

RAS uses a lot of other people to make picks for him and according to a good source, he has lost a couple people within the last 2 weeks. I would be wary of anything he picks right now.

Good to know, if you have a couple scouts at the pregame and watch these players at the court day in and out you should be able to tell who has it and who does not. You need to be real close somehow with these teams, if they look flat in warm up or have other issues going on big advantage and I would imagine that is whst these cappers probably do. Thanks.

I recommend everyone here take a much longer term approach to this. There will always be big up and down swings over the course of the season. We are consistently beating the closing line by significant margins and recently we have had many games lose that easily could have been wins. We still are 38-25 on sides in December which is better than what we did in November. A 9-14 run on sides is not the end of the world. You should be prepared (mentally and bankroll wise) for much worse streaks than this.

BTW, we have not lost any cappers. Where and/or how do you guys make this stuff up?

As for the totals, they are absolutely hard to get, but not impossible. First of all, you have to be a subscriber. If you wait for them to be posted here, you have ZERO chance to get the line. Plenty of subscribers are getting the release line or better on the total plays. You just have to be ready and be fast.

First, it is pretty sad whenever a handicapper has to jump in a forum to defend himself. Enough said.

Aside from that, we are not making this stuff up. There is another forum that had much dialogue about others doing your handicapping in prior years and a different team of handicappers this year. In fact, somewhere, you admitted that someone in the Southeast, on your own forum, was feeding you picks in football. So why not in baskets?

You tout your release line, but you play small games with little action and have developed enough of a following that you and all your clients' action is enough to move the line. So what? I have reviewed your explanation on your site and am unconvinced this is meaningful. And when you say you've lost many games you should've won recently, that is just silly -- you've no doubt won many you should've lost as well, fortune is likely evening out for you on your sides, where you are having an aberrant season. This is not to be critical, I think you have done well for yourself generally, I just think your posted response is particularly weak. Obviously your percentage will continue to decline over the course of the remainder of the cbb season on sides, I believe you are two SD's past your usual performance. But hey, perhaps you have figured something out and this is a long-term change -- in a couple years, when you have built the track record to warrant it, the better players will chase your games. Until then, your sides have value, but anyone playing your sides should be very careful, you are due to regress to the mean if your historical performance is any indicator.
