Note: I am not going to waste much time telling you why this in the right play and this is a good play. We have two high powered offenses and two defenses that are mediocre at best. The weather is going to be great for this affair and especially with Miami, they have the speed that Wisconsin is going to have problems with. That is the reason why I have a lean on the Canes winning this game but the Total is by far the better choice. The Badgers very balanced attack is one that is hard to stop as well and they have score 30+ the last 5 times they have stepped onto a field. The fact is, only Ohio State and Iowa, two very good D's have been able to stop these guys. I think this one goes well OVER the total..

Note: Have Oddsmakers gone nuts! Have I gone nuts! We will find out tonight and I suspect that we will discover that they have and that the jury is still out on me, but for other reasons. I have a CBB Model and that is telling me that Xavier wins this game by 4.2 points. That is more than enough to pull this trigger but we also have an intangible that is going to work well for us. These two teams met about a year ago right there in Baton Rouge and the Musketeers beat these Tigers. What does that do for us? First, let me say that I do not believe in the Revenge Thing that some handicappers Talk about all of the time. But I do think that when a team loses to another one, they remember why and they try to improve what they do the next time they play that team. Kind of like when I lose a pick, I learn. We all learn more when we lose than when we win because when we win, we think we are THE KING! I do know the 2 Things that make teams a good road proposition. Good Defense, and taking care of the ball. The Tigers do that and they also possess strong rebounding skills that matchup well with Xavier. Yes those Musketeers are good here on their homecourt. But they can be had and almost were last game verses Miami Ohio. Let's grab these points Fellas!
