I believe the way we can best all improve our winning percentages, is to keep an ongoing post, contributed to by many, alerting each other re: which handicappers are on hot streaks and in which sports. Does anyone else agree?
I am a big believer in hot streaks. Every once in a while I see someone post something like, he has been hot, therefore time to fade him. I totally disagree with that philosophy. Momentum is a big part of sports and sports handicapping.
As I mentioned in another post, Dwayne Bryant, aka Bullseye Sports is on a big hot streak in football, 11-0 on college football & 14-3 on NFL.
Jimmy Boyd, aka Locksmith Sports Picks, 70-39 NCAAB run, 29-16 NBA run, 10-4 5* football plays. Not red hot, but solid. I used to get the Jimmy Boyd picks for a couple years from him in exchange for my golf picks & writing some articles for his newsletters. I recall Boyd's top plays, 5* & 4* were solid in all sports, but his 3* plays were not of much value.
RAS and Jefferson. Ras updates their record and jeffersonsports just documented 100 picks on Twitter. They put their picks out right as games started and just got to 100 picks yest.
They went 62-37-1 (62%) it is important to know who documents. The ones that don't will just brag about little runs. U need atleast 100 picks to make a good judgement.
Look at the names that have been mentioned. Wunderdog, ras, Jefferson, burns, they have all been ranked high on a website that grades handicappers.

good luck with who u pick. Be careful. The ones that scream how good they are (are the worst).
This is borrowed from a very valuable post today from rochestertitans. John Ryan is on a 19-3 bowl run, 6-2 in 2009 & 13-1 in 2008. According to LLXC post today, Ryan has a 7* play on Idaho -1. According to Ryan's webite, he has his strongest play, a 10* massacre going today in addition to the 7* play.
Win or Lose Sprts Betting 18 winners of last 22 games for their Pick of Day package
Only one losing day in month of April for their All sports package as well
I like Street Rosenthal for baseball, he is on of the lesser known cappers but he is very good in baseball.
Ness and Big Al do well before the all star break on their big plays. I wouldn't touch them after the break.
Chris James is another one I followed last year, puts out like one play a day. I havent seen his plays in over 3 month though.
If you want to follow hot streaks then you should look in the regular forum. The area where regular posters post their plays, or find a streak contest and follow some guys on a streak there.
