There are not a lot of games to choose from today but I like the 4:30 game here between Charleston and Western Michigan. Although in the power rankings, Western Michigan is the better team by about 60 spots, Charleston has the intangible in coaching and stepping up for the big game. This team nearly went to the Tourney last year and fell short to a massive come back by the home team in the conference tourney and did not make it to the dance. But, this team has always ha the ability to step up for games away from home. They come off a big confidence boosting win over SMU 72-71 and will take the dog role into Western Michigan today - a team that is playing great basketball right now. Western Michigan scored 75 points on a Northeastern defense that although does not have a good record, is known for their half court offense. Western Michigan put up 83 points against VCU at home as well which says volumes. At the end of the day, I like the dog tag here on Charleston and believe they will be an active dog and likely push this game over the posted total. The Over is 5-0 when the Cougars are an underdog by this margin and the Over is 5-1 when the Western Michigan Broncos are favored by this margin.
