    4* is the highest in their newsletter. Sometimes they release 4' and 5 on their website/late phones.

    Northcoast is definitely Phil Steele.

    4* is their highest newsletter play they release - not sure on the overall records. I know in his newsletter he said he is 46-18 (72%) in his plays the last two years. Guessing this is on a play basis and not unit - so who knows how to use that data. I am a big trend player and all his newsletter picks are in one issue - so for those that are interested - his previous bowl plays were:

    3* - Wyoming
    2* - S Miss
