What kind of legal ramifications are there for posting on a public forum? It is illegal -- but is it enforceable? How does he know who is posting the plays -- by your screen name?

I keep asking myself how come the only posts dstover13 makes are about this website? He is obviously the owner of such website. Also after doing a little digging it looks like this website only was monitored for a while way back and he was hitting 45-50%. Plus 2 levels of picks service? C'mon. This is a scam. You buy the regular pkg - bat around .500 and then are told to pony up for the premium picks where he goes 70-80% for 3k a month. And no confirmation from anyone other than dstover13 that anyone has ever been with them.

Now you are going to post picks after the games are done? Heck why not post a fake ridiculous 80% win rate then? Oh wait that's what you are already doing.

I am a customer of his service. He is not a scam. I have been with him for 4 months. He didn't start his higher service only until a couple of months ago. Believe me he is way over 50%. He was mad at me for posting but he was even more pissed about the person that posted his premium. I thought I would help some people out, he only went 12-4 in posted plays. The guy is for real. Lets be honest people that are on service play forums dont have enough money to buy services anyway. They complain how most are scams (which they are) and how much they suck but they want their plays for free???

I don't post the other service I have because it's here everyday and their no where near as good as this guys is. I will buy his high service and i will let people here know if it is worth it or not.

His site sucks. Months earlier he (aka YOU) had a free 3 day trial. I registered then was redirected and the free trial link was gone surprise surprise. I got an email saying they don't offer free trials anymore b/c of people scamming them and getting more than one free trial. The email then stated some specials they were offering. Also, the site had completely different packages at that time. Explanation please??

you have to ask him . It's his business so I guess he is entitled to do whatever he wants. I , unlike most people actually read before i join. His site aint that good looking but who in the hell cares when he wins like he does LOL!!! I like cashing tickets instead caring about what his site looks like. People are funny
