Question Something smells funny with Oregon State

I am on this game, because Ferringo and RAS are both on the game too, but I would not be at all surprised if I lose this bet.

Too many touts and cappers on this game and over 90% of the public. The line looks way too fishy to me... So, I am hoping I am wrong, but typically I am a contrarian bettor and this one screams to take the other side!

GL everyone, lets hope I am off here....but my spidey senses are tingling! (Hopefully its just something else )

the action you're seeing is small square bets. if the line isnt moving despite so many bets on one side then either the bookies are taking the position that they're happy to bet against the squares, or else big slick money is on the other side balancing the square money.

at least thats what i think bookie bill would say!

If there was a big slick on the other side once he hit the books wouldn't it take a dive

no, because there may be 10000 square bets for every slick bet, so even if the slick bet was 10000 times bigger the total amount wagered would be the same. i dont know what the actual numbers are, but in reality the square money far outweighs the slick money, especially on heavily bet games, nfl, tv games etc

Yes, Illinois Chicago....they are the sh*t team I was referring to.

a very early line move after the lines have been posted would indicate slick or wise guy money because it would take place before the square bets have begun to accumulate.

The reason I don't pay them asshats. We do just as good if not better at capping.

OSU threw that game away in the end and it couldn't have look more deliberate! I don't believe in the conspiracies but if I did..............DAMN!!!

Nothing worse than winning your own picks but breaking even because the tout you tailed had a shitty night... Makes me wonder why I tail any of these guys. They are as streaky as I am on my
    own!!

These Touts are no better than you or I... Fading Ferringo's Top play is always a money in the Bank!

Who were you tailing on that one? I have followed all these touts for years. NOT TAILING, but I handicap a capper, its way more profitable than capping the game. I've said it on this forum & others & will say it again. There's only one that I put any faith in, only one that can make me change my mind if I'm hell bent on a game, & that's Marc Lawrence. He made a believer out of me years ago & has never disappointed. Play his shit every day & you can't lose! Tonight he had Utah-9 won by 18, had UAB+2 won SU & had Phoenix last nite, winner! I only handicap football & use alot of his trends, angles, etc...When it comes to BB I blindly follow & once again I have found him to be extremely accurate.

Perfect example: I threw 80 bucks to win 50 on Nuggets 2H ML. It took all of 5 seconds for me to make that call and I just made back the money that I lost on this tout.

You made $50? You rich bitch. You were complaining over losing $50 on a tout. If you can do better with $25-50 bets on your own, then you should. Maybe at the end of the season, you can buy a new pair of sneakers with your huge profits.

Couldn't agree more. He has produced positive gains for years. I've found that if you can get Burns, Merril and Lawrence on the same side it hit's like 80%!
