Opinion on Rated Picks
I've been tracking Rated Picks for a while and have noticed that they don't handicap well in many sports. That is until college basketball came along. So far this season they are 40-25. I'm wondering if anyone has any confidence that this is going to be a continuing trend. Are they historically good at college basketball?
