The lines were clean when he released them.
Typically, if you don't get within a point of the release you are better off waiting and the lines move 3-4 points and then (sometimes) move back up 1-2 points.

Once a person purchases something, IT IS THEIRS TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH. That's end of story. He can prevent a person from posting his picks. God knows RAS is making enough as it is.
