Now this is a bet that I sat back hoping that the Wiseguys would make...so that I can step up and fire a 3* on it, because according to my "TRUE LINE"...the Value was definitely there...But I wanted to make sure that the Outfits saw the same things that I did...and that their Ratings reflected my own for these 2 teams...and they didn't disappoint...In fact, they went ahead and "STEAMED" it o€n 2 ocassions already...So I went ahead and decided to put the Perfect Record on the line...and make RUTGERS this week's "TRUE STEAM" GOW...

Bottom Line...the Oddsmakers are really forced to factor in "Public Perception" more on Championship Weekend...and the upcoming Bowl Games...because they have to protect their clients, the books...who will get a lot more "public money" bet during those times...than they will "wiseguy money"...And that is the case here, and the reason that we saw some books hang up -2.5 on WVIR for this match-up...

More importantly, as soon as this line went up...we saw some money get bet on WVIR...So once again, trying to get a head-start on the public...and possibly turn off the Wiseguys, the books went ahead and raised the line...And those who opened at a PK, followed right along...and moved it as high as -2.5...

And that's where it stayed as long as yesterday afternoon...and where the Vegas books, who usually put their lines up the latest, had this game...

Then the Outfits decided that it was time to show their "True Position"...and rather risk being left out of the party...as soon as one of those Syndicates bet RUTGERS...the rest followed...So that by the end of Monday, WVIR was bet down to a -1 pt road fav...

But the Wiseguys weren't finished...Because early this morning, with plenty of outs at their disposal...they went right ahead and began betting RUTGERS again...And all that "STEAM" forced the sportsbooks...who will be flooded with WVIR money on game-day...to actually switch the line, and make RUT the fav...

And as much as I would have loved to get +2.5 or +1...the fact that the Outfits were willing to lay PK, assures me that even at -1...there is plenty of Value in the Home Team...and my numbers support that as well...

I do want to inform you now...so that you aren't shocked or scared...that we may see the line move against us later in the week...or on game-day...And there are 2 reasons for this...

One, the betting public may unload so heavily on this Televised ESPN Game...that the books may be forced to adjust...

And Two, as I've mentioned countless times in the past...The Betting Syndicates love to have BOTH teams in the same game getting points...And with RUT now a favorite, that opportunity is there...

But rest assured, that their "TRUE POSITION" is on RUTGERS...Otherwise, they would have laid WVIG right away, and get the best number before the public begins betting it...And to force the books to switch favs on a game that they will be over-loaded on WVIR...also tells us that there were BIG BETS made on Rutgers...

So let's go ahead and follow their lead...and bet RUTGERS -1 or better...and see if we can stay PERFECT on our "TRUE STEAM" 3* GOW Bets...
