I have met this guy before, he was an NHL hockey player. They gave him his name in the movie Dumb and Dumber - Seabass. It is Cam Neely from the Bruins; 80's and 90's. He knows his shit from being in sports before I would expect, makes sense I guess.

Sebastian does NOT know much. If you track his plays careful, he's basically a consensus report. All of his plays are from other touts who are hot, or are releasing big plays.
