would like to personally apologize to all of my valued customers for this weekends poor performance. While dropping 40 units is not a catastrophic blow to the profit we've turned of late, it is still unacceptable in my book. While we were due to encounter some bad luck, which certainly happened, there were also some plays that just weren't close and that falls squarely on my shoulders. Rest assured that this will not be tolerated and we will get back on the winning track this week. I greatly value all of my customers and will continue to work hard to produce winners for you.

He went 3 and 5 in cfb this weekend and the 3 wins were smaller units. I know he lost 40 units on Sat. alone. He and Lawrence cost me multiple thousands this weekend.
