Hey guy. So im new here and have been browsing this site/forum all day trying to catch onto how things work around here and like what i see. Seems like a really good community.

I do have a question though ... How does this Service Plays section work?

It says that its where people sell or give picks as a service. However when i go onto a thread in there i dont see anyone selling there picks just a bunch of threads with guys giving picks and what they think. I also notice that at the bottom of some of the posts it says such n such user name gave an amount of points to the poster for his post. Is that just a courtesy that people give for there posts and insight or is that actually how people "sell" there picks?

Also is it appropriate to keep almost a journal type thread in there to track your picks and show accountability? Ive read a few threads discussing the issue but didnt come out with a clear cut consensus.

Did some searching for these answers but couldnt really find anything if you guys could help me out id appreciate it, thanks.

And why wouldn't you post this in the service plays forum? Most people on this forum (outside service play forum readers) think it is a joke...1400 viewers on a consistent basis suggests otherwise.

Post your question on that subforum....the short answer is the service play forum lists plays of cappers who sell their picks. Very few, if any, of the posters on that forum are the actual cappers.

ITH, hey dude, give the guy a break. He's new and asked a very legit question. Kudos to the guy for bein able to ask what may sound "dumb" question to many "pros" !!! Anyoone can and should express whatever they feel and think and without any fear of some "pro" poster jumpin on their throat.

I suspected I would receive such a backlash. It was posted to "Player's Talk" originally. I actually edited that post many times before pushing the submit button. I will work harder to be more inclusive.
