OK the second best bet ever.

In the late 1980's a new casino was having their grand opening in Henderson NV, suburb of Las Vegas. To bring in gamblers from Vegas they advertised several special deals. One was that from 8am to midnight the crap tables would pay 1 and 1/2 to one on all sevens on the come out roll.

My buddy who lives there called me and I tripped there from Southern Cal for the party. We hit the casino at 1am the day before the "Grand Opening Party". We brought some whites and hit the table which was a 5$ min to $500 max and started betting minimums. By 4am the tables were packed and when the 8AM opening started we were betting $500 on every come out.

GRAND THEFT the casino has a small advantage of less that 1.5 % on all come outs and a seven hits on the come out roll one time in every six come out rolls. Lets see, over 100 come out rolls 100 Times $500 or $50,000 is bet the casino wins 1.5% or $750.00. You'll hit a seven on the come out about 16 times in 100 rolls.

That means in 100 come out rolls you collect an extra $250 16 times, or $4,000 every 100 come out rolls (about every 2.5 hours) leaving you a no chance to loose and a average profit of $3,250 every two and a half hours on. The tables were open as promised like this until midnight. We both took large money home and the next day the casino "manager" was unemployed....... Believe it or not!!!!!
