Just registered but have been checking it out for the last week. I have access to a decent number of tout picks (although I'm not a fan of touts! only trust a few), but will chip in as I can.
I used to be a tout on vegasinsider.com and worked there for a handful of years. I got out two years ago, as that site is very biased and the tout business, well, it's not a 'clean game'. I'll put it that way. Most touts are right up there with lawyers and used car salesman. All that being said, I hope to help out as much as I can and thanks for the work you guys do!
Best touts / services, imo: Wayne Root (guy can admit when he has horrible days or weekends and comes back strong), 100 Dime Releases by Budin, Consensus Group / Computer Crushers (love their Guaranteed "only get paid if we win" plays / style), Sebastian --- Those off the top of my head are the best, most honest, just in my opinion. Sure there are a few more, but not many.
agree that touters suck. But let's face it the only way you get business is by touting your plays. I wish there were more "advisors" but advisors don't get nearly as much play even though they are far more reliable and should be exactly what every gambler/investor wants. People are "big play" hounds. Just mention game of the whatever and people say this play must be important!! In actuality the play is just a play from a specific conference and more than likely they won't have another play in that conf so it becomes a "game of" play. Is it any better than any other play? No but they know by putting the GAME OF label on a play people will fall for it and they do.
Imagine if the all the people spending their money demanded these things
1. A real betting scheme that tells you how much to put on a game. Instead of 500 dime of 20,000* locks. If these touts were held to the fire and tell you how much to put on a game, half of them would be out of business.
2. each capper should have solid record keeping that shows every pick they have made since they have become a capper with +/= units.. wow what that would show. Not 1 weeks picks or last 3 days but forever.
Why people don't demand these things from cappers is just beyond me. After all it is their money not the cappers money.
