A lot of people will go against the Colts tonight because of this reason: the Titans are just TOO GOOD a team to open the season 0-5. Oh yeh? Says who? With QB Kerry Collins regressing to the level of play that got him run out of Charlotte and several other cities, Tennessee has no chance of trading points with a red-hot Peyton Manning. Eli’s older brother has accounted for 330 of his team’s 414 YPG output by solving opposing defenses and continuing to throw with unerring accuracy. No such luck for Tennessee, who has suffered from a whopping 11 turnovers and a defense that allows 8 PPG more than the offense scores. The linemaker knows this and is dangling the ‘hook’ in front of bettors to make the Titans’ desperation to win even more appealing. I think the unbeaten Colts keep their AFC South foes winless with a double-digit romp here – so your play is on TENNESSEE.
