100♦ BYU COUGARS - Analysis by 4 p.m. eastern
haha you gotta read what he has on his site, he rips lang everyday, i tweeted him and he said he should just fade lang, read the last thing he said haha
Baltimore had lost 13 straight and the Rays were on a nice little face-saving run. So the day I raise the bar the defending A.L. champs fail to show up.
Then, I lose the cover with three seconds left in the West Virginia-Colorado game to add salt in the wounds.
Nothing is going my way - and I'm not making excuses or blaming the professional athletes or referees, that's not my style.
I'm just sayin ...
I wouldn't be surprised at this point if you're simply fading the plays - hey, if it works, do what makes you money - or if you've jumped ship.
The good thing is, this losing skid can't last forever - they never do.
Last night was the last Major League Baseball game I am releasing for the regular season, so those of you who've been with me since April strictly because of my track record on the diamond, you can take pride in knowing I've finished as the No. 1 Major League Baseball handicapper at this site.
How's your handicapper doing this season?
Despite being on the worst losing streak of the year, I've still won 24 of the 39 fiscal weeks in 2009, and I'm up profit since January. I've made players moving $1 per star rating more than $12,400 since the first week of January; since then a player moving $1 per star unit is up $12,477 of net profit.
And you can take this to heart players:
I was the No. 1 NFL handicapper the past two regular seasons, and I plan on making it three straight after this season.
I was the No. 1 NBA handicapper last season, and can't wait to get started in another month when the 2009-10 season begins.
I was the No. 1 MLB handicapper this past season and will take that steam of momentum into the postseason, which begins next week.
Guys, I'm about to turn things around - you can count on that. It's not as bad as you think, believe me.
Anyway, it could be worse ... they could've made a movie about all this!
