    This dude must have been drinking. Houston 0-6, come home, fire manager and play the hottest team in baseball in St Louis. Granted it may have been a good spot for Wandy, but to roll the dice on a GOY. Out of 5,184 games, this was it for Mark Lawrence. I'm not sure I would trust reading his selections. People are going to lose, might as well look good when you do, not crap like this.

    St. Louis was 3-6 in previous 9 games coming into last night. Surely there are hotter teams than that?

    Houston had beaten St. Louis 6 straight times at home. I guess that was his reasoning. (Now the Cards have won 2 in a row at Houston). lol Things change in a hurry. no guts no glory If the Stro's win then he is a genius with a gutsy pick.

    I do agree with the point how oould this be a GOY. oh Well
