Here's a suggestion (which doesn't help now but will in the future): go to gmail (or similar free email service), and create a dozen or so emails like x35109.1, x35109.2, x35109.3, etc., and forward them all to your main email account. Use a different email each time you sign up for so-and-so's free picks. They'll all end up in your main email because of the forwarding. If one of them begins to behave badly, you simply disable the forwarding, and viola, problem solved. The junk email box just slowly fills up until one day you go back, mark them all spam, and then turn the forwarding back on (as so-and-so's emails now go into spam, they don't get forwarded to you).

This technique not only helps keep your main email tidy, it also tells you who is reselling email addresses in violation of their fervent promises not to sell email addresses.
